Forbes, Fields & Associates Co., L.P.A. (“FF&A”) is one of the oldest existing minority owned and controlled law firms in Ohio.  The firm located in Cleveland, Ohio was originally formed in 1971.  FF&A has engaged in the general practice of law and is a full service law firm servicing large, mid-sized and small corporations, non-profit organizations, estates and individuals.  We offer our clients the skills of our partners and associates, our law clerks and paralegals.

FF&A has extensive experience regarding general liability issues, and has represented hundreds of clients in active court cases, on both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side.  The firm has particular experience in commercial transactions and litigation including breach of contract, employment law, estate and guardianship matters, products liability, personal injury and personal injury defense, construction contracts, governmental contracts, bankruptcy, lender liability, foreclosure actions, and other real estate matters.
