Scott H. Schooler is a life-long resident in the Cleveland area. He received his undergraduate degree from New York University and a Master’s degree in Urban Affairs from Cleveland State University. As a student of Case Western Reserve University Law School he was a member of the Law Review and completed his J.D. Degree in 1984. He has been associated with the firm for almost twenty (20) years.

 

Mr. Schooler’s practice of law has covered many major areas of the law. He has represented clients in the areas of real estate, governmental law, zoning law, employment law, general tort law, contract law, and bankruptcy law. As a litigator, he has represented many clients that have suffered injuries in automobile accidents, other personal injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and premises liability injuries. He has met our clients’ personal needs in the area of estate planning, estate administration and the preparation of real estate transfers and issues, wills, power of attorneys, and medical directives.
